Personal Development is a Vital Behavior. Go from average to exceptional!

So in an effort to grow as a person I have been reading/listening to Personal Development books and listening to motivational Podcasts. This was NOTHING I ever did before I became a Beachbody Coach. Actually, did you know that there are 4 vital behaviors which Beachbody coaches are HIGHLY encouraged to do every day.

  1. Drink Shakeology (because it’s AMAZING for your health. I’m on my second year straight.)
  2. Workout! (Preferably a Beachbody Program workout but it doesn’t always have to be. I love live dance and strength classes at my gym and I am training for a 5K so I run. I do Beachbody workouts at home regularly too!)
  3. Invite people to join you in accountability groups! (So you can HELP more people get healthy and happy!!!! Duh! Share the wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm!)
  4. Do Personal Development Everyday!

Now, even if you are not a Beachbody coach you can have Vital behaviors. What would your vital behaviors be? Here is a sample list.

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Workout
  3. Invite people to be part of your world.
  4. Do Personal Development Everyday!

Very similar list…. and #4 can be the exact same thing! Why try to figure out how to be a better person all on your own? You might as well learn from other people who have found success and tried different things on their road to awesomeness! You don’t have to start at zero but you do have to put in the work to GROW!
